New ways to simplify premium payments

Paying premiums should not add more work to an already full benefits to-do list. New payment options give Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield groups more convenient ways to pay, whether they prefer a digital wallet, a phone call or a quick online payment without signing in.

Pay securely with a digital wallet

Groups can now use Apple Pay® or Google Pay™ for premium payments. These options make it easier to pay securely from a mobile device or digital wallet.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are available for all group business except level-funded groups, which do not accept credit card payments.

Pay by phone with the automated system

Groups can make premium payments through the interactive voice response system by calling 800-354-9904. The automated, self-service option lets you submit a payment without waiting to speak with a representative.

Use Guest Pay without signing in

Guest Pay offers groups a fast option when they need to make a premium payment without logging in to Blueprint Portal or eBillManager. Visit the secure payment site, then follow the prompts to complete your payment: Make a Guest Pay payment.
