When seeking care outside Arkansas, members can use our national BlueCard PPO network, which serves more than 100 million members and contracts with more than 2 million doctors and hospitals in the United States.

Since 2001, the Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas, a 501(c)(3) fully funded by Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, has given more than $50 million to make Arkansas communities healthier, because we care about Arkansans’ physical and behavioral health and wellbeing. Our 2023 health grants top $3.38 million, spread among 47 Arkansas public schools, universities and nonprofits. No other insurer invests as much to improve the health and lives of all Arkansans.
