We’re invested in the same thing you are: a healthy future for Arkansas
It’s good for your employees
With eight regional offices throughout the state, we meet your employees where they are and understand how local programs and partnerships will improve the health and wellness of Arkansans.
Over half of Americans receive health coverage and resources through their workplaces, entwining employment and access to care. With this in mind, we are deeply rooted in our state’s total health, creating healthier companies and communities.
From our leadership in the “Vaccinate the Natural State” initiative for COVID-19 to investments in behavioral health resources around the state, we identify solutions that will meet the needs of today—and of tomorrow. Because, together, we can build a healthier Arkansas.
It’s good for our state
The Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas* has awarded more than $40 million in grants to health initiatives large and small throughout Arkansas. We strategically focus our grant funding on community-based solutions to nurture community health leadership, foster collaboration and innovation, and leverage financial, human and community resources to produce measurable, positive impacts.
It’s good for you
The poor health status of Arkansans contributes to rising medical costs for employers. With digital tools and data-driven resources, companies can work to improve the health and habits of their employees, and the high costs associated with absenteeism.
Tailored to each company’s unique needs, our population health management approach focuses on engaging employees in programs and informing them of the digital solutions right at their fingertips. We know the communities where you live, and the unique challenges you face. Through virtual health and virtual diabetes, employees can access care conveniently from their mobile devices. For those who are caregivers themselves, they gain the ability to get help without leaving their home.
* The Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas is an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association and serves the state of Arkansas. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization.
